Are there extra charges in addition to the accomodation fee?

Our rates cover the accommodation fee, VAT, daily cleaning service, wireless internet, A/C, and television channels. The local city tax, currently 4%, is also included though it is subject to change as per local regulations.

What is the consequence of causing damage to the property?

Disorderly behavior or non-compliance with the rules and regulations will result in eviction as well as payment for any damage caused. The guest will be held financially responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.

Is there an airport shuttle service?

Yes, we will manage your taxi pick-up and airport transport upon request. Our contracted partner provides fixed fares, no waiting time, and personalized pick-up.

Is there on site parking for guests?

Unfortunately, being more than 100 years old, the building lacks an on-site parking garage. Street parking is available directly in front of the building, but from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM on weekdays, you'll need to pay an hourly fee using the parking meters. Alternatively, there is a parking garage 50 meters away on Holló Street, which offers hourly fees and discounted pre-paid daily rates.

Is the facility non-smoking?

Yes, smoking is forbidden inside all apartments and within the building, but is allowed on the balconies of the apartments that have them. A violation of this policy will result in a 100 EUR cleaning fee for cleaning smoke residue.

Are pets allowed in the apartments?

No, pets are not allowed in any part of the building.

Is there daily cleaning and towel change?

Yes, we offer a free daily housekeeping service that includes daily cleaning, towel changes, and bed linen changes every three nights.

Is there internet access in the apartments?

Yes, high-speed wireless internet is available for free in both the apartments and the restaurant.

Is it possible to do laundry?

Unfortunately, the apartments are not equipped with washing machines. However, our team is available to assist you in locating the nearest laundry service.

How is the kitchen equipped?

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator (with freezer), microwave, electric kettle, electric stove, coffee machine, cookware, dishes, and cutlery, ideal for preparing meals for two.

Is there an iron and ironing board?

Yes, you can request an iron at the reception. Ironing boards are available in all apartments.

How many people can stay in the apartments?

Our Standard Studio apartments are intended for two guests. Superior Studio apartments are suitable for up to three guests, and Deluxe Studios can accommodate up to four people using convertible couches that convert into single or double beds.

Are extra beds provided in the apartments?

Our apartments are tailored for two people, with no additional beds available except for baby cots for small children and convertible sofas in our Superior and Deluxe Studio apartments.

Can I request baby cot and high chair for my small child?

Certainly, upon prior request, we can arrange for a baby cot, high chair, and baby bath tub to be placed in your apartment. Please notify us via email or include this request in your booking notes.      

How can I book an apartment?

The fastest and most convenient way to book your apartment is through our online booking engine on our website. It only takes 2-3 minutes, and your reservation will be confirmed instantly. You can also contact us via email using the form on our website, or call us during reception hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Email requests are handled within 24 hours. Please be aware that your credit card information will be required to confirm the reservation.

What happens after booking an apartment?

Your booking will be processed within 24 hours and you will receive a welcome email containing valuable information to help you plan and prepare for your stay. If you do not receive our welcome email within 24 hours, please reach out to us, as some emails may be filtered as spam.

Is there a cancellation fee if I cancel my reservation?

Cancelling your reservation at least 3 days before your arrival incurs no cancellation fee. If cancelled within 2 days of arrival, the cost of the first night will be charged as the cancellation fee.

When can I check in?

Check-in begins at 3 PM. While we cannot guarantee early check-in, you are welcome to drop your bags off at our reception and return at 3 PM to complete the check-in and access your room. Please let us know your expected arrival time to help us ensure a smooth check-in process.

When shall I check out?

Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. If you need to leave before our reception opens, please notify us in advance and leave your key in the apartment when you depart. For those leaving the city after 9 AM, luggage can be stored at the reception after check-out, provided it is collected by 6:00 PM. Depending on availability, you may extend your stay beyond 11:00 AM, but a late check-out fee may apply.

When do I pay for the accomodation?

Payment is due at check-in and is possible in cash (HUF or EUR) or by credit card.
